The City of Lawrenceville is requesting bids from licensed and qualified contractors to provide all labor and equipment in performing all work necessary for power pole replacements at various locations throughout the City of Lawrenceville. The City understands there are many factors to be considered when calculating pricing including, but not limited to, the pole class and height, assemblies and material on the pole, location, and surroundings. Services will be utilized on an as-needed project-by-project basis. This is an on-demand contract. Quantities will vary depending upon need. All materials will be provided by the City of Lawrenceville. Questions regarding bids should be directed to Samantha Murray, Buyer, at samantha.murray@lawrencevillega.org by 3:00 PM local time on Monday April 18, 2022. Bids are legal and binding upon the bidder when submitted. All bids should be submitted in duplicate. A five percent (5%) bid bond, a one hundred percent (100%) performance bond, and a one hundred percent (100%) payment bond must be furnished to City of Lawrenceville for any bid as required in bid package or document The City of Lawrenceville reserves the right to reject any or all bids to waive technicalities, and to make an award deemed in its best interest. Bids may be split or awarded in entirety.
