Acceptance of any proposal submitted pursuant to this RFP shall not constitute any implied intent to enter into a contract. The contract award, if any, will be made to the Vendor/Contractor who, in the ASD's sole discretion, is best able to perform the required services in a manner most beneficial to the ASD. It has a population of approximately 19,000 that more than doubles in population 5 days per week, with visitors that work, shop, and conduct business in the city. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
