Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in Franklin Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

Work shall consist of the following: The clearing and demolition of all existing structure(s) (i.e. buildings, homes, detached garages, septic systems, water wells, swimming pools, oil/fuel tanks, paved areas, driveways, etc.) on the indicated parcel(s) and the grading and seeding of all disturbed areas and all incidental work related thereto in a manner such that the impacted parcel(s) drain properly and can be mowed and maintained by the Township. The work includes two (2) properties. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Project Rates are included in this project and govern all work under the contract. Proposals must be submitted upon the forms furnished by the Engineer. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to Liberty Township. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. The successful bidder will be required to furnish the owner with 100% Performance, Maintenance and Labor and Material Bonds. Bids may be held by Owner for a period of not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of the opening of the bids for the purpose of review the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders prior to awarding of the contract.
