The City of Arlington ("City") is seeking statements of qualifications and interest from qualified firms to provide Design-Build services needed for Interior and Exterior improvements to existing facility located at 1207 California Lane, Arlington, Texas. Question Cutoff Date: 4/14/2022 05:00 PM (ET) The undersigned agrees if the bid is accepted, to furnish any and all items upon which prices are offered, at the price(s) and upon the terms and conditions contained in the specifications. The period for acceptance of this proposal shall be 90 calendar days unless stated otherwise herein. The undersigned agrees they are authorized to furnish any and all items upon which prices are offered, at the price and upon the terms and conditions contained in the Bid/Proposal and all other items made a part of the accepted contract. The City of Arlington assumes no liability for goods damaged while in transit and or delivered in a damaged or unacceptable condition. The Contractor shall be responsible for and handle all claims with carriers PAYMENT TERMS - All payment terms shall be Net 30, and payments shall be made on approved invoices in accordance with the Texas Prompt Payment Act. The City of Arlington reserves the right to accept or reject any or all qualifications and to accept only those qualifications that are in the best interest of the City. The scope of services for the project will be in two phases. The first phase will be to develop drawings and specifications to document repairs and replacement materials needed to make the building operational again. Phase two will be the construction phase to repair damaged materials and replace materials that have already been removed. The completed design-build project is intended to provide a complete and functional facility for the City of Arlington which can be put into operation immediately after acceptance by the City. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
