Renovation of a municipal facility in Valentine, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Rosebud Sioux Tribe Fair Board will be accepting sealed bids for the Painting Services (labor only) for putting sealed paint on the Adam Bordeaux Arbor in Rosebud, South Dakota in the Spring 2022. All bids will include a budget for the following: A. Painting Service is to begin in May 2022 or weather permitting. B. Work closely with the R.S.T. TECRO Office for workers and compliance plan. C. Submit a schedule for how many workers and how many days to get the arbor painted and the labor cost. D. Cant use a paint gun, we will supply all paint and materials to get job done. E. You must supply ladders and other equipment to get the job completed. F. Must possess a Rosebud Sioux Tribal Business License. The Contractor will utilize the R.S.T. TECRO Office to hire temporary painting personnel or other emergency employment as needed. Will be responsible for all painting activities in a timely and efficient manner. The Rosebud Sioux Tribe has the right to reject any or all bids. Sealed bids should be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked (Subject: Painting Services RST Bid #22-023) on the front of the envelope. Failure to mark the envelope will result in no bid and will be mailed back to the sender. Rosebud Sioux Tribe will not accept mail, fax and/or telephone bids. Bids will be advertised beginning March 30, 2022 at 8:00 a.m. and ending April 15, 2022 at 5:00 p.m.
