Renovation of a municipal facility in Valentine, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
RST General Operations will be advertising for bids to replace all windows throughout the tribal administration building: Chamber windows 3 48 x 48: Presidents Office 5 48 x 48 1/2: Vice Presidents Office 1 46 x 47: Attorney 3 46 x 48: TELP Office 1 40 x 46: Lower Finance Office 7 47 x 47 Windows will be double pane, double insulated, industrial screens, be able to open, windows shall be sealed properly as the building is steel to brick windows General Operations will approve the windows All debris will be picked up/hauled away by the contractor Construction should begin May 2022 All TECRO guidelines shall be followed such as compliance and TECRO fees After bid has been awarded the contractor has 90 days to get the job done. This is a project you must come look at to bid it properly. A one year guarantee on windows (no leaks, no cracks) RST General Operations has the right to refuse any bids.
