The Rosebud Sioux Tribe Fair Board will be accepting sealed bids for the Electrical Services for putting in new vendor poles around the Adam Bordeaux Arbor in Rosebud, South Dakota to be installed in the Spring 2022. All bids will include a budget for the following: A. The Electrician will have to put and supply all new wiring and an electrical box to control the vendor poles around the arbor and in our new RV parking lot. B. Work closely with the R.S.T. TECRO Office for workers and compliance plan. C. Submit a schedule for how many workers and how many days to get the wires put into the ground and hooked to the vendor poles. D. Rosebud Sioux Tribe will buy the 58 RV hookups and the 2 control electrical boxes when we get the electrician hired. This includes the 48 vendor poles and 10 RV hookups. E. Electrician must go up to the arbor to measure how much wiring you will need to buy to put into the bid. Also putting in 10 RV hookups for the parking lot. F. Must possess a Rosebud Sioux Tribal Business License. The Contractor will utilize the R.S.T. TECRO Office to hire temporary painting personnel or other emergency employment as needed. Will be responsible for all painting activities in a timely and efficient manner. The Rosebud Sioux Tribe has the right to reject any or all bids. Sealed bids should be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked (Subject: Painting Services RST Bid #22-028) on the front of the envelope. Failure to mark the envelope will result in no bid and will be mailed back to the sender. Rosebud Sioux Tribe will not accept mail, fax and/or telephone bids.
