Separate sealed Bids for Narragansett Bay Commission Improvements to Interceptors FY 2022 Contract 304.68C, addressed to the Narragansett Bay Commission will be received at the Narragansett Bay Commission, NBC Corporate Office Building, 1 Service Road, Providence, RI 02905 The work generally consists of: o CIPP lining of 276 LF 20" x 30" brick sewer along the Amtrak easement at Reservoir Avenue in Providence. o CIPP lining of 406 LF of 8" VC sewer and modifications to the regulator structure in Oxford Street in Providence. o CIPP lining of 42 LF of 12" VC sewer in Fountain Street in Pawtucket. o CIPP lining of 135 LF of 8" VC sewer and installation of a short liner in John Street in Lincoln. o CIPP lining of and concrete structural rehab at the Septage Receiving Station in Lincoln. o CIPP lining of 8",10", & 12" AC sewer totaling approximately 12,000 LF in various locations in Johnston. o Manhole Rehabilitation of approximately 1,000 VF of sewer manholes associated with the CIPP lining in this Project. o Furnish 75 manhole frames, covers and adjustment rings. Use 50 of those manhole frames and covers to replace damaged ones on Smith Street in North Providence. o Preform sewer modifications to the Rosedale Street sewer at Route 10. Each BID shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in the amount of 5 percent of the Total Bid Price. Successful bidder must furnish 100 percent Performance Bond and 100 percent Payment Bond.
