The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It shall not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1. New Security Fence with razor coils, concrete footings, foundations, and mow strip; fence gates with grade beam foundations; outriggers added to existing fence posts; and select replacement of existing concrete mow strip. 2. New electronic perimeter intrusion detection system consisting of fence mounted acoustic sensor cable and taut-wire outriggers at existing fence and acoustic sensor coils to replace existing taut-wire at existing building perimeter; associated security system and CCTV systems upgrades; and exterior site lighting. 3. Grading associated with new fence and roadway paving; landscaping between new and existing fences; interior perimeter road paving; concrete pad; drainage modifications; and turf establishment. Alternate 1: Provide gravel surface from existing 10'-0" wide inner fence gate to outer stone wall as illustrated on the Drawings.
