This expertise is required on an "as needed" basis in relation to the creation of wayfinding signage, and other signage such as displays, wall graphics, and donor recognition. This could include but not be limited to, 'static', 'dynamic' and 'interactive' forms. The Contractor will work with RDP in creating signage and recognition design plans for various projects, which align with RDP's guidelines and vision. The Contactor selected will be required to engage in concept development as well as preparing tender drawings and specifications for various signage and recognition projects. The Contractor will be required to work primarily with Campus Management, Marketing and Communications and Partnerships & Advancement Departments to ensure that all design concepts and creative ideas are respectful of building infrastructure, and campus planning; in addition to being compliant with and supportive of brand and graphic standards of RDP. Note that RDP is not seeking a fabrication/manufacturing firm for supply, delivery and installation of signage through this RFP. This will be sourced independently via quotes or an alternate competitive bidding where required. RDP would seek the Contractor's council, marketplace expertise, and collaboration when selecting appropriate fabricators to be included in these competitive bid processes.
