The City of Reading (City) is seeking proposals from qualified individuals and/or consulting firms to supply mechanical, electrical, plumbing and structural evaluation, design and construction management services for the Pagoda, a Historical Landmark Building, to the City's Public Works Department. The City of Reading reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, and to accept or reject any part of a bid that may not be in the public interest.
