Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

As of May 27, 2022 This project is awarded to CriLon Corp with awarded amount of $115,546.44. Project generally includes but is not limited to: removal of three deteriorated slabs of concrete and the installation of a cast-in-place concrete access slab, a gravel access drive from the existing parking lot to the boat launch, a gravel parking area near the boat launch, a paved ADA accessible parking space and a paved ADA accessible pathway from the parking space to the boat launch. Each bidder is required to bid on the total project. All quantities listed are approximate. Liquidated damages apply at the rate of $500.00 per calendar day. A pre-bid meeting will not be held. This project is funded by New Cumberland Borough and by a Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission grant. Applicable documents shall be submitted concurrently with the bid. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check made payable to "New Cumberland Borough" in the amount of 10% of the total bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder shall provide a performance bond or certified check to the municipality in the amount of 100% of the contract within 20 days after the contract is awarded. The municipality reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any defects, errors, omissions, mistakes, irregularities, informalities, or technicalities in any bid. All bids shall be irrevocable for sixty (60) days after the bid opening date.
