**As of May 23, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded,no bids received.A timeline for award has not yet been established.** UWM is accepting bids to establish a contract to secure the services of a qualified vendor to furnish materials, tools, equipment and labor for the prepping, sanding, sealing, screening, finishing, and painting and repairing as needed, recreational maple floors as specified in this bid document. Klotsche Center Arena - KC 220 (approx. 19,500 sq. ft.) Work to be started no earlier than Thursday July 28, 2022, with work to be completed no later than Monday August 1, 2022. The floor must be available for use on Sunday, August 7, 2022. Pavilion Auxiliary Gym - PAV 249 (approx. 30,000 sq. ft.) Work to be started no earlier than Monday May 23, 2022, with work to be done no later than Thursday May 26th. The floor must be available for use on Tuesday, May 31, 2022
