Site work for a golf course in River Vale, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a golf course.
**As of December 14, 2022, Project has been awarded. Award amount is $988,628.72** The project consists of the design, permitting and installation of a new netting enclosure with wood poles at the golf course driving range. All proposals must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check to the order of the Township in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid or $20,000.00, whichever is less, for each bid submitted. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1977, c. 33, Laws of 1977 regarding disclosure of Partners and Stockholders, and P.L. 1975, c. 127. regarding Affirmative Action, Executive Order 11246 regarding Equal Opportunity. Bidders must furnish a list of subcontractors to be used on the project. This bid solicitation is made in a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5 et. seq. The proposal shall further contain a consent of surety agreement under which the surety company agrees to post a performance and payment bond if the contract is awarded to its principal. All bids shall be irrevocable and shall not be subject to withdrawal for any reason for a period of sixty (60) days following the date fixed for the opening thereof. The Township of River Vale reserves the right to waive immaterial informalities in any bid or to reject all bids if the best interest of the Township so requires.
