The Intent of this Tender is to obtain Bids from qualified Bidders to renovations to the existing elementary school, for a Stipulated Price contract in the form of CCDC 2 - 2008 with Supplemental Conditions, in accordance with all Bid Documents and Terms and Conditions outlined herein (the "Contract") - HVAC Renovations.
