Renovation of an educational facility in Toronto, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Intent of this Tender is to obtain Bids from qualified Bidders to renovations to the existing elementary school, for a Stipulated Price contract in the form of CCDC 2 - 2008 with Supplemental Conditions, in accordance with all Bid Documents and Terms and Conditions outlined herein (the "Contract"). Prequalified Mechanical Subcontractors: 1. Black Creek Mechanical Ltd. 2. Brenner Mechanical Inc. 3. CEC Mechanical LTD. 4. Kirk Mechanical Limited 5. LJ Barton Mechanical 6. Mapleridge Mechanical Contracting Inc 7. Mattina Mechanical Limited 8. MSB Mechanical Ltd 9. Stellar Mechanical Inc. 10. Superior Boiler Works and Welding Ltd Asbestos Abatement preapproved sub-trades are as follows: 1. Alliance Environmental & Abatement Contractors Inc. 2. Biggs and Narciso Construction Services Inc. 3. Caliber Environmental Construction Services Inc 4. Ferro Canada Inc. 5. I&I Construction Services Limited 6. Inflector Environmental Services 7. JMX Environmental Inc 8. QM Environmental ONLY prequalified General Contractors may bid on the project. Subcontractors wishing to participate are encouraged to contact the prequalified General Contractors.
