The project generally consists of the new auditorium\fine arts addition which includes a 900-seat auditorium with theater sound and lighting equipment, a stage with full fly loft, a mechanically operated orchestra pit, little theater, and support spaces. It will also contain music and art teaching facilitates including band halls, orchestra rooms, art classrooms, and support spaces. The existing music facilities will be renovated into a new ALE suite of classrooms and offices. Demolition, steel fabrication, erosion control, sitework, utilities, and pavement markings have bid in Package 1 and will not bid in this package. All remaining scopes to complete project to be included in package 2.
