CALL FOR TENDERS No. AO 2022-02 FOR RELOADING WORKS ON MUNICIPAL ROADS The Municipality of the Township of Gore wishes to receive tenders for the resurfacing of municipal roads as mentioned in the tender documents. This work will be carried out under the PAVL grant and will target Lac-Hughes West, Rodgers, Sherritt, Shrewsbury and Sideline roads. In total, 13,500 meters of pavement will have to be replenished with approximately 12,200 tons of granular materials.
For any other information, the tenderer must communicate with the person in charge of the call for tenders, Ms. Julie Boyer, director general of the Municipality of the Township of Gore, jboyer@cantondegore.qc.ca. To be valid, any tender must be accompanied by all the documents required in the tender documents, either accompanied by a tender guarantee covering ten percent (10%) of the amount of the tender (taxes included), and must be deposited
The tenderer must complete and sign the declaration of the tenderer contained in the tender documents, failing which his tender will be rejected. This tender is subject to the ACCQO, the AQNB and the ALEC.
The Municipality of the Township of Gore does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders received and this without incurring any obligation towards the tenderer(s). The Municipality is not responsible for the distribution of the tender documents by the site and it is the responsibility of the tenderers to ensure that it has all these documents before submitting their tender.
Performance bond 40% is required. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. award is subject to final approval.
