Biloxi Housing Authority RFP#JS04.22 Janitorial Services The Biloxi Housing Authority (BHA) is requesting proposals from qualified companies to perform Janitorial Services at three (3) secure senior citizen sites located at: Cadet Point Senior Village, 200 Maple Street Biloxi, MS (3 stories); Seashore Oaks 1450-A, Beach Blvd, Biloxi, MS (6 stories), Seashore Oaks 1440 Beach Blvd, Biloxi, MS (four stories), BHA offices located at: BHA Administrative Office/Maintenance Office, 330 Benachi Avenue, Biloxi, MS 39530, BHA Assisted Housing Office, 154 Porter Avenue, Biloxi, MS 39530, three (3) times per week and six (6) small offices, three (3) laundry mats located in the City of Biloxi, one (1) time per week. The contractor must furnish and maintain, in good repair, all equipment including, but not limited to mops, brooms, buffers, vacuums, and any other equipment necessary. The BHA will supply Toilet Paper, Hand Soap and Paper Towels for each site. The contractor will be responsible for all cleaning materials and equipment. The contractor shall perform services (per scope of work) between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Federal and State Holidays will need to be rescheduled and approved by the lead contact person. The Biloxi Housing Authority is an equal opportunity employer.
