1. To supply all labour and materials to complete work as outlined in specifications. 2. Work includes but not limited to the supply and installation of exterior feature LED lighting to the facade of the building. 3. Successful Contractor to submit construction schedule, contractor's insurance and signed contracts prior to work commencing. BID SECURITY a) Each Tender submitted shall be accompanied by the following security: .1 General Contract Tender less than or equal to Three Million ($3,000,000.00) Dollars, including mechanical and electrical subcontract values: A Bid Bond equal to at least ten percent (10%) of the Tender amount and a Letter of Surety from a bonding company guaranteeing to supply a Performance Bond in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the total contract amount. OR A Security Deposit equal to at least ten percent (10%) of the Tender amount. 2 General Contract Tender more than Three Million ($3,000,000.00) Dollars, including mechanical and electrical subcontract values: A Bid Bond equal to at least ten percent (10%) of the Tender amount and a Letter of Surety from a bonding company guaranteeing to supply a Performance Bond in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the total contract amount and a Labour and Material Payment Bond in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the total contract amount. At this time hard (paper) copies of tender documents will not be made available to bidders. The tender opening will not be opened to the public. Tender envelopes will be opened immediately after the tender closing and there will be a representative of CAPEI present to witness the opening. Lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
