The City of Charlottesville is soliciting quotations from qualified vendors to clean 15 outdoor restrooms located in City parks in accordance with the scope of services and requirements of this Request for Quotes. The Contractor shall comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations applicable to the provision and performance by the Contractor of the work and services that are subject to any contract resulting from this solicitation. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, supplies and materials (including but not limited to, gloves, cleaners, disinfectants, brushes, mops, rags, scrapers, squeegees, towels, hose nozzles, etc.) needed to effectively clean each restroom. Supply all personal protective equipment (PPE) and associated training necessary to safely and effectively complete cleaning. Have a hazard control plan and make sure employees have received bloodborne pathogen training on the proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials. City to provide at each location storage area: toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels and plastic trash bags.
