Renovation of a service station / car wash facility in Lansing, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a service station / car wash facility.
The purpose of this Request for Quote (RFQ) is to procure a qualified, responsive, and responsible Contractor to perform partial rehab on a hoist. Contractor, at the direction of CATA's Facilities Manager, shall provide and install stationary, rear post in accordance with the specifications, tasks, and scope of work set forth in Exhibit A. It is the sole responsibility of Contractor to read the specifications and understand them. All questions submitted via to aboss@cata.org CATA reserves the right and shall be at liberty to inspect all materials and workmanship at any time during the manufacturing process, and shall have the right to reject all materials and workmanship which do not conform with the contract requirements and specifications; provided, however, that CATA is under no duty to make such inspection and no inspection so made shall relieve Contractor from any obligation to furnish materials and workmanship in accordance with the contract requirements and specifications.
