The project will consist of the removal and replacement of deteriorated, exterior, sealant joints and wet seals at windows with new sealant and backer rods as recommended by the manufacturer during the dates of June 6, 2022 - August 9, 2022. The project to include: the removal of existing 52 louvers below windows and to install brick, insulation and block at openings. Replacement of deteriorated exterior sealant joints. The removal of gutters and downspouts to replace exterior sealant joints; and the installation of new drainage system per drawings and specifications. This project is to be completed in accordance with all drawings, terms, conditions, and specifications contained or referenced in this solicitation. The specifications and scope of work were developed and approved by Wolf Trail Engineering and the staff of the District Facilities Department and are included in this solicitation and its referenced documents.
