The San Joaquin Regional Rail Commission has issued this request for proposal to solicit proposals from individuals or firms with qualification and related experience in Janitorial Services. Immediate services are required at the Stockton Rail Maintenance Facility (Stockton RMF) and Stockton Robert J. Cabral Station both located in Stockton, California. Janitorial Services will also be needed at a third location currently in design phase with construction scheduled to be completed in Fall 2023. The third location known as the Cabral Station Annex is also located in Stockton, California. Time is of the essence for this contract. The contract is anticipated to commence on January 6, 2023. The successful proposer shall be ready to commence work within fifteen (15) days of issuance of Notice to Proceed. SJRRC anticipates awarding the contract for a term of two (2) years and six (6) months, expiring on June 30, 2025, with the option to renew for up to two (2), one-year periods.
