Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Scope of Project: 3,977 LF of 8-inch through 12-inch water line and all appurtenances 3,762 LF of 8-inch through 18-inch sanitary sewer pipe and all appurtenances 3,777 LF of 24-inch through 66-inch storm sewer pipe and all appurtenances 7' x 4' storm sewer boxes and all appurtenances 15,032 SY of 6-in Subgrade Preparation 13,302 SY of 6-in Reinforced Concrete Pavement 7,800 LF of Reinforced Concrete Curb Lot Grading (116 lots) The deadline to ask questions is 4/15/2022 10:00 AM CST A cashiers check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Please read the new Special Conditions of the Agreement Part A and be prepared to comply with same. Contractor is required to submit TEC Form 1295 (Certificate of Interested Parties) with their bid. If plans, specifications and bid documents are not initially available for download, they will be available for review at the office of the Engineer.
