Site work for a water / sewer project in Woodstock, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Testing: It shall be understood that the biosolids in the digester shall be tested by the Contractor in compliance with the Nutrient Management Act and its regulations prior to its removal and a copy supplied to the County. The Contractor is responsible for all soil samples. If after testing of the biosolids Oxford County deems land application of biosolids is no longer viable, the County reserves the right to terminate the contract. The Contractor is to provide all labour, equipment, and material necessary to remove and land apply the screened biosolids as a non-agricultural source material to agricultural land for beneficial re-use from one (1) primary digester known as Digester #3 at the Woodstock Wastewater Treatment Plant complete in all aspects in accordance with the specifications.
