This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR 12.6) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 36C25622Q0797 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-06. The Southeast Louisiana Veteran Healthcare System is seeking a contractor to provide Service for Door Access Control as specified in the Statement of Work. All work shall be completed in accordance with the Statement of Work. The Statement of Work contained within this solicitation is a non-negotiable document. Offers/quotes shall not include edits, revisions, additions, deletions, alterations, or track change comments to the Statement of Work. The associated North American Industry Classification (NAICS Code) for this requirement is 561621 Security Systems Services. The associated size standard is $22 million.
