Through this Request for Proposal (RFP), MPAC is seeking the professional services of a qualified sign fabrication and installation company to fabricate and install a streamlined design into all our offices across the province for multiple small, medium and large projects throughout the contract term. The intent of the MPAC signage installation project is to significantly reduce gaps and omissions in existing signage, meet or exceed current AODA standards, improve the visitor experience in the office, improve the company's way-finding system, and highlight key destinations within the offices. The comprehensive interior and exterior signage program includes physical signage, digital signage, artwork graphics, Removal of existing signage, preparing locations for signage, installing signage, clean-up of installation site and associated maintenance of this signage at this facility during the period of the contract. The Successful Respondent shall provide one primary account representative and one alternative contact. The Successful Respondent must also provide CV and contact information for the primary and alternative account representative. In addition, MPAC would like to engage a service provider to develop recommendation on various signage types and placement for the MPAC London Office. Please see Appendix I - London.
