ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Morton County will accept bids for Morton County, Sweet Briar Lake 37th St Bituminous Overlay 1.16 Miles . Bids will be opened and read at that time in the conference room at the Morton County Highway Department located at 2916 37th Street NW in Mandan, ND. Proposed work consists of Bituminous Overlay of approximately 1.16 Miles of 37th St Paved Roadways. The work shall be in compliance with the North Dakota Department of Transportation Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction, as adopted October, 2020. The major quantities of work are: RAP Superpave FAA 43 2835 TON Pavement Reinforcing Fabric 12250 SY Bid packets shall consist of two separate envelopes, the outside envelope containing a current copy of Contractor's License and a 5% Bidder's Bond with the second envelope containing the bid. The successful bidder must submit the required performance bond, payment bond, certificate of general liability insurance and Workforce Safety & Insurance Premium Payment Certificate within 15 days of bid award. Bids can be hand delivered or mailed to: Morton County Highway Department located at 2916 37th Street NW Mandan, ND 58554. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities.
