Renovation of a mixed-use development in Hamilton, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Project consists of roofing restoration at the High School and Hamilton Elementary. Roof coating preparation including restoration of metal roof panel joints, fasteners, and flashing, and cleaning preparation for coating. (1) ALTERNATE 1 (ADD): Restore Hamilton High School Sections 22, 23, 24 and 25 with Tremco AlphaGuard BIO Fluid Applied System. All materials necessary to complete project and not shall be responsibility of awarded contractor. (2) ALTERNATE 2 (ADD): Restore Hamilton High School Sections 1 and 2 with Tremco AlphaGuard BIO Fluid Applied System. All materials necessary to complete project and not shall be responsibility of awarded contractor. 1.Powerwash & clean roof. 2. Seal ndge cap, wall flashing, metal coping joints, and gutter edge with SolarGuard seam sealer and reinforcement. 3. Prime roof with rust inhibiting primer. 4. Apply base coat of SolarGuard 6083 over prepped roof 5. Apply top coat of Solarguard 6083 over base coat. 6. Apply Solarguard Acrythane finish coat for desired color. (Red} 7. Waterproof masonry walls with clear spray applied waterproofing agent 8. Sustainable 12 year water tight warranty
