The City of Laconia Public Works Department - Sewer Division is seeking proposals for landscape maintenance services for seventeen (17) of the city's pump stations. Scope includes but is not limited to lawn care, spring clean-up, fall clean-up, and other three season yard maintenance work. The City of Laconia reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or any part thereof, to waive any formality in the process, and to accept the proposal considered to be in the best interest of the City. Failure to submit all information called for may be sufficient grounds for disqualification. The City of Laconia reserves the right to cancel this Request for Proposals at any time for any reason. The scope of maintenance service includes, but is not limited to, lawn care, spring and fall cleanups, and other three season yard maintenance. No winter maintenance will be required.
