All bidders must comply with the requirements contained in the contract documents. Caution : Note that only the documents required by the Company under the terms of this call for tenders must be submitted with the tender, so as to avoid any situation that would result in the tender being restrictive or conditional. The work required under this invitation to tender must be completely completed within 36 weeks (including public holidays, construction holidays and the time required for the supply of materials/equipment) from the date of the authorization to start work. The probable start date of the work is between June 1 and June 30, 2022 . More specifically, the work related to the Cook Tower heating loop must be carried out during the summer of 2022 and be completed in a maximum of 20 weeks (including public holidays, construction holidays and the deadlines required for the supply of materials/equipment) from the date of the authorization to start this work. The work related to the chilled water towers must begin as soon as the air conditioning network is decommissioned (around mid-October) and be completed in a maximum of 16 weeks (including public holidays, construction holidays and the required deadlines for the supply of materials/equipment) from the date of the authorization to start this work.
