Knoxville Utilities Board (KUB) will be taking bids for Steel Utility Poles. This will be a five-year Supply Agreement. Bid must include every listed item, this will be a single vendor award. All prices should include freight costs as the shipping terms of this bid are FOB Destination. This bid will be evaluated based on price, lead time, adherence to KUB specifications and references. Bidder must accept KUB's Terms and Conditions, exceptions to Supply Agreement language will not be taken. Bid quantities represent estimated annual usage. Contract duration: 5 years Questions due by April 8, 2022 @ 12:00 PM Notice of Award on or around May 25, 2022 The outside of the sealed box / container / envelopes containing the response shall be clearly marked with the bid name, bid control number, bid due date and time.
