As of May 6, 2022 this project did not receive and bids and they plan to rebid sometime in the summer of this year. The City of Creedmoor "City", is accepting proposals from qualified vendors to provide storm drainage repair services. The qualified vendor shall be responsible for providing all ancillary equipment and procedures to guarantee the City that all work will be performed in accordance with OSHA safety protocols, particularly those requiring utility trench shoring at appropriate depths, and other measures necessary to perform a safe installation. All questions regarding this Request for Proposals shall be submitted in writing to the email address: jboyer@cityofcreedmoor.org, John Boyer, City Engineer. Any questions shall be submitted no later than 4:00 P.M. on Monday, April 18th, 2022. Questions submitted later than this deadline will not be considered. The City reserves the sole discretion and right to reject any and all responses received with respect to the RFP and to cancel the RFP process at any time prior to entering into a formal agreement. The City also reserves the right, but is under no obligation, to waive technicalities and informalities. The City shall make the award as deemed in its best interest. A response to this RFP should not be construed as a contract, nor indicate a commitment of any kind.
