Submit a Schedule that shows completion within the required period of performance contained in this solicitation with an accompanying narrative (limited to three (3) pages) that describes the sequencing rationale, critical path activities, and supports the proposed Schedule, as well as any key considerations and/or constraints, such as weather conditions that may preclude the Contractor from conducting construction activities, transportation to-from the island, and/or preplanning for seasonally interrupted work schedules in remote locations. Schedules shall be submitted in Microsoft Project Gantt Chart format, assuming a Design Notice to Proceed date of July 25, 2022 / Construction Notice to Proceed May 25, 2023 and substantial completion date of November 25, 2024 for evaluation purposes only. The proposed Schedule shall clearly identify specific activities, major milestones, applicable predecessor activities, and overall critical path to successfully accomplish the work required for this construction project.
