Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Total MWBE Participation Goals: 0% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 0% Disadvantaged Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 0% NYS Office of Information Technology Services intends to procure HVAC Solution for for the replacement of HVAC units for Network Room located at 100 Seneca St., Buffalo, N.Y., pursuant to OGS discretionary purchasing authority under State Finance Law 163(6). This procurement opportunity is for a Not-to-Exceed a value of $ 85,000.00. This Request for Quote is pursuant to the agency's discretionary purchasing authority under State Finance Law Article 11, Section 163 (6). OGS intends on making a one-time purchase with one supplier. Scope of Work includes Furnish and Install: o Reclaim and removals ofthe (2) existing systems. o Provide and installation of (2) Stultz CyberOne Air Cooled Systems with accessories as requested. o Connect existing ductwork to the new units. o Run new refrigeration piping from the indoor units to the exterior units. o Extend and rework the existing condensate and water supply piping^ o 24 Volt control wiring from the indoor head to the exterior head. o Rigging and setting ofthe new air-cooled rooftop units. o Check, test, and start-up of the system. o Prevailing Wage Rates
