A nonprofit organization located in Syosset, NY is seeking sealed bids to supply and install Kawneer (or approved equivalent) aluminum door frames, closing & locking hardware, glass and all materials required to complete this project The project: Remove existing storefront and the installation of new commercial grade 14' x 10' double doors & single door unit consisting of, (3) doors with dark bronze frames, (3) transoms (2) side lights to match the existing size, glass to be impact resistant. Selection criteria will be based on cost, qualifications and being a certified Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (MBE, WBE listed/certified in the NYS directory) OR any other qualified business which possess the knowledge and experience for this job. You must be licensed to work in The Town of Oyster Bay (Nassau County) with required business insurance, be able to adhere to the projected scope, work schedule, prior experience and references. This work is based on specifications listed in our NYS grant. The location of the work site to be viewed is available by appointment only and is a bid requirement.
