The deadline to ask questions is 4/15/2022 10:00 AM CST A Bidder submitting Electronic Bids must submit its Bid and bid securities in compliance with Owners Order Adopting Section 49.2731 Electronic Bidding Rules and all Bids and bid securities must be submitted . By submitting a Bid, Bidder acknowledges and agrees that the Contract Documents may be accepted, executed or agreed to through the use of an Electronic Signature in accordance with Owners Electronic Signature Rules for Construction Contracts. A cashiers check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Please read the new Special Conditions of the Agreement Part A and be prepared to comply with same. Contractor is required to submit TEC Form 1295 (Certificate of Interested Parties) with their bid. If plans, specifications and bid documents are not initially available for download, they will be available for review at the office of the Engineer.
