As of October 26,2022, this project is cancelled. No definite date for the rebid. Orange County, Florida, henceforth referred to as the County is accepting sealed responses for Internal Operations Center I Chiller Replacement Question Deadline 08/24/2022 at 5:00 PM ET All questions or concerns regarding this Invitation for Bids shall be submitted by email to Cassandra.Reyes@ocfl.net Replace chiller, pumps, valves, piping, electrical, plumbing and all other associated appurtenances with new. Summary of Work: Demolish existing rooftop chiller, primary and secondary dual-arm pumps, buffer tank, expansion tank, air separator, and chilled water piping up to a point 12" above the roof surface where chilled water piping penetrates the roof. Demolish existing electrical feeders, disconnect switches, and variable frequency drives (VFDs) serving existing mechanical equipment that is being demolished. Provide new chiller, primary pumps, buffer tank, expansion tank, air separator, and chilled water piping. Provide new electrical feeders, disconnect switches, and VFDs to serve new mechanical equipment. Provide new bypass piping and valve for proper variable primary chilled water system operation
