Summary of Work: Demolish existing rooftop chiller, primary and secondary dual-arm pumps, buffer tank, expansion tank, air separator, and chilled water piping up to a point 12" above the roof surface where chilled water piping penetrates the roof. Demolish existing electrical feeders, disconnect switches, and variable frequency drives (VFDs) serving existing mechanical equipment that is being demolished. Provide new chiller, primary pumps, buffer tank, expansion tank, air separator, and chilled water piping. Provide new electrical feeders, disconnect switches, and VFDs to serve new mechanical equipment. Provide new bypass piping and valve for proper variable primary chilled water system operation
