As of June 20, 2022 This project is awarded to Carolina Classic Window & Glass, Inc. with awarded amount of $1,805,804. Looking to start in roughly 2 weeks. Each proposal must be accompanied by a cashier's check issued by or a certified check drawn on a bank of trust company insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation payable to Rowan Salisbury Schools in an amount of five percent (5%) of the gross amount of the proposal or by a bond in the above amount executed in accordance with and conditioned as prescribed by G.S. 143-129, State of North Carolina. If the successful bidder fails to give satisfactory surety as required by law, the Owner will retain the above deposit. All contractors are hereby notified that they shall be properly licensed under the state laws governing their trades. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to accept any proposal as submitted, and to waive any formalities. Rowan-Salisbury Schools is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
