PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Work is at various locations throughout San Francisco, California and consists of pavement renovation, sewer replacement, traffic routing and all related work. CONTRACT DURATION: 525 consecutive calendar days from NTP to substantial completion. ESTIMATE: Approximately $12,600,000 REQUIREMENTS: (Refer to Project Manual for a complete list) 1) Class A license required to bid. 2) Pursuant to San Francisco Administrative Code (Administrative Code) Section 6.25 and Chapter 25 of the Environment Code, Clean Construction bis required for the performance of all work. 3) Bid discounts may be applied as per Administrative Code Chapter 14B. 4) LBE Subcontracting Participation Requirement is 20% LBE. 5) Good Faith Efforts. In accordance with Administrative Code Chapter 14B requirements, all bidders shall submit documented good faith efforts with their bids, except those who exceed the above stated LBE subcontracting participation requirement by 35%.
