Renovation of a manufacturing facility in Richmond, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a manufacturing facility.

See attached for Scope of Work. The Bid Form and Vendor Data Sheet (pages 5-6) of the attached Bid Document must be submitted by ALL bidders whether submitting a response electronically through Quick Quote or by US mail, Parcel Service or by FAX. 1. Three (3) freezer units are inoperable and each requires work on the Bally Condensing units. Two freezers require the replacement of the Copeland Compressors and the third freezer requires the replacement of the Bally Evaporator Unit. 2. The Successful Bidder shall provide all parts, tools, equipment, labor, supervision, and materials required to remove and replace the following: a. One (1) Bally Evaporator Unit Model # BHP078LE-T4A-SN0675, Voltage 360V/3Phase/60 Amp b. Two (2) Copeland Compressors Model # 4D13F76KE-TSK-265 within two (2) Bally Condensing Units, Model #BESA220L06-HT48-X253. 3. All three freezer units are located inside the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, Eastern Shore of Virginia Seafood Facility. The facility is located at 18555 Garey Road, Melfa, Virginia, 23410. 4. The Successful Bidder shall be responsible for properly capturing the existing refrigerant, installing new filter dryers, charging the system with new refrigerant, and installing new contactors with the compressors. 5. The Successful Bidder will be responsible for any freight charges for the new replacement parts and for the proper off-site disposal of the old parts. 6. The Successful Bidder shall be responsible for determining the services and resources required to repair the freezers and successfully complete the work via a fixed price contract that shall be inclusive of all materials, labor, transportation, etc., to be executed via an eVA purchase order.1.
