Renovation of a parking garage in Medford, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
Project Location: 140 South Holly Street, Medford OR Provide materials, equipment and labor to: o Repair water migration pathways around concrete slab perimeter. o Provide waterproof transitions from concrete slab to drain bodies. o Provide waterproof structural penetrations through concrete slab o Provide concrete slab sealing procedures o Provide urethane deck coating remediation at the top-level parking. Project Description:The parking structure at the Jackson County Mental Health Facility, in Medford Oregon, is an eight (8) story steel frame building which utilizes galvanized metal decks with reinforced concrete as a parking surface. The facility parking structure was completed in 2014, and is presently being utilized for its intended purpose. The purpose of this Project is to provide necessary remediation to correct the building component deficiencies and resultant property damage. Approximate Start Date: Monday, July, 2022 Approximate Completion Date: Fall 2022 Bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the amount bid, and in the form prescribed in the Instruction to Bidders, must accompany each bid. Bid security of the unsuccessful bidders will be returned or refunded as and when provided in the Instructions to Bidders.
