Per addendum 4 bid date extended to 5/12/22 Per addendum 2 bid date extended to 5/10/22 The Technical College System of Georgia is accepting sealed bids on behalf of Coastal Pines Technical College (CPTC) for a Phase II Renovation Project at their Appling County Satellite Center at their Baxley Campus in strict conformity with the project plans, bidding documents and contract documents associated with this project. The Hazlehurst Campus is located at 1334 Golden Isle Pkwy. W, Baxley, Georgia 31513. This project has been posted as an electronic bid event within the Team Georgia Marketplace system. The project plans are attached to the bid event. The project area consists of partial renovation to the Classroom Wing of Baxley Campus Building 1000. The renovation and reconfiguration includes interior finish, casework and fixture/device replacements Q&A period expired on May 6 and will not be extended.
