For 2022 Aggregate and Road Paving Contracts. Bids may be awarded by the Board of Supervisors on May 9, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. or at a subsequent meeting. Prevailing wages apply. Proposals must be upon forms furnished by the Township and accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the Bid, made payable to West Lampeter Township. A Performance Bond or certified check in the amount of 100% of the contract will be required within twenty (20) days of the award. Bids may not be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the scheduled time for Bid Opening. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all Bids
