The documents required for submission will be available only through the electronic tendering system. Any interested tenderer must comply with the requirements contained in the tender documents. The Municipality of Tourville does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received, and it declines all responsibility with regard to one or the other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders. The contract is awarded by decision of the council of the Municipality, at its sole discretion, and the Municipality cannot be bound in any way except by resolution of its council. According to the complaints policy adopted by the municipality of Tourville on May 6, 2019, the deadline for filing a complaint is April 11, 2022.
