Bryan Independent School District (BISD) is soliciting sealed proposals from vendors for the replacement of the fire alarm at MC Harris Annex, 1307 Memorial Drive, Bryan, Texas 77803, during the summer of 2022. BISD is accepting responses from vendors for the specifications and terms and conditions communicated in the solicitation within. 4/6/2022 05:00:00 PM (CT) Questions Deadline 4/7/2022 05:00:00 PM (CT) Last Addendum to be Posted, if applicable This facility is to have the following new Silent Knight 6820 and System Sensor equipment installed: a. New FACP b. Annunciator c. Power Supplies d. Initiating Devices e. Audio Visuals a. Fire alarm control and annunciator panels b. Manual fire alarm stations c. Automatic fire, smoke, and heat detection devices d. Audible and visual alarm notification devices e. Required batteries, battery panels, and associated accessories f. Fire door control, security door control g. Air handler duct smoke detection and shutdown h. Sprinkler system PIVs, OS&Y valves, and tamper switch monitoring i. Sprinkler systems water flow and/or pressure switch monitoring j. Monitoring of fire pump controls, when applicable k. Fire/smoke damper control l. Activation of deluge and preaction sprinkler systems, when applicable m. Elevator recall and power shutdown, when applicable n. System acceptance testing and commissioning
