The University of Wisconsin-Madison is seeking to establish a contract to procure Ceiling Tiles and Ceiling Support Systems. The current contract is coming to an end; these are products that are used throughout the year for new construction, repairs, and replacement as needed. This bid may be awarded to multiple vendors if it is deemed to be in the best interests of the University. The University reserves the right to add additional ceiling tile products and ceiling support system products that were not known at the time of this bid. The contract will require ordering departments to perform a quote-to-order for items that do not appear on the itemized bid list. If you have any questions, they MUST be directed to Brad Bauman at brad.bauman@wisc.edu. The initial term of this contract shall be of May 1, 2022 through April 30, 2026. This contract will be automatically renewed for two (2) additional one-year terms, unless Purchasing is notified, in writing, by the Contractor; or notifies the Contractor, in writing, 90 calendar days prior to expiration of the initial and/or succeeding Contract term(s).
