This project is the subject of a financial contribution from the local road assistance program (PAVL). The documents can be obtained at the cost established by the Electronic Tendering Service. The Municipality incurs no responsibility for the fact that the written opinions or any documents conveyed by electronic system are incomplete or contain any error or omission whatsoever. Consequently, any tenderer must make sure, before presenting his tender, to obtain all the documents related to this call for tenders. Only persons, companies and corporations, having their principal place of business in Quebec or having an establishment in a province or territory covered by an intergovernmental agreement on the liberalization of markets applicable to the owner, who hold an appropriate license under the Act on the professional qualification of building contractors are eligible to tender. The tender must be accompanied by a tender guarantee of an amount equivalent to 10% of the total amount (all taxes included) of the tender. Under the law on public body contracts, the deadline for receiving complaints is April 19, 2022. The Municipality of Saint-Camille-de-Lellis does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received.
